第一條 為使本醫院主治醫師之聘任，符合公開、公正原則，依據本醫院組織規程第四十條規定，設<br />
置主治醫師聘任審核委員會（以下簡稱本委員會）。<br />
第二條 本委員會之任務如下列。<br />
一、審議本醫院主治醫師之新聘、續聘等相關聘任事項。<br />
二、審議本醫院特約專科(主治)醫師之續聘等相關聘任事項。<br />
三、研議本醫院主治醫師聘任相關法規。<br />
第三條 本委員會置委員十一至十五人，幹事一至三人，召集人由委員兼任之。 <br />
前項召集人、委員及幹事均由院長遴選聘任之，任期均為一年，聘期屆滿，得連聘連任。<br />
第四條 本委員會之召開須有全體委員過半數之出席，決議事項須有出席委員過半數之同意。<br />
第五條 本委員會每年定期召開會議，必要時得召開臨時會議，會議召開時得邀請相關單位人員列席<br />
說明或報告。<br />
第六條 本辦法經本醫院院務會議審議通過，陳請院長核定後，自公布日起實施，修正時亦同。<br />
