第一條 本醫院為辦理中藥品之選擇與管理，依據本醫院組織規程第四十條規定，設置中藥藥事管<br />
理委員會(以下簡稱本委員會)，並訂定本辦法。<br />
第二條 本委員會之任務如下：<br />
一、新藥試用、採用、申請之審議。<br />
二、中藥品之使用、評價與淘汰。<br />
三、中藥品之使用資訊提供參考。<br />
四、中藥品手冊之編輯與資訊之提供。<br />
五、中藥品採購有關事項之監督。<br />
六、中藥品進價與售價原則之擬定。<br />
七、其他中藥品管理之有關事項之檢討。<br />
第三條 本委員會由院長擔任召集人、並聘請副院長、藥劑部主任、中醫部主任、中藥局組長、臨<br />
床科室主任及學者專家組成。總務主任、會計室主任列席。院長擔任召集人，中藥局藥師<br />
為幹事。<br />
第四條 本委員會得定期召開會議，並視情況召開臨時會議。<br />
第五條 本委員會議決之事項應做成記錄後分發相關科室，並由有關單位及中藥局確實執行。<br />
第六條 本辦法經本醫院院務會議審議通過，陳請院長核定後，自公布日起實施，修正時亦同。<br />
