二、本要點適用於本校下列人員:<br />
(一) 專任(案)教師。<br />
(二) 研究人員(含博士後研究員及專兼任研究助理)。<br />
(三) 臨床教師。<br />
(四) 專業技術人員。<br />
三、基於各計畫委託或補助單位對於學術倫理之規範，本校教師及研究人員應於其所規定之時間內完成學術倫理教育課程訓練之時數，並取得主辦單位核發之研習證明送研究發展處備查。<br />
四、學術倫理相關教育課程採認範圍:<br />
(一)「臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心」開設之學術倫理相關課程（包含線上課程）。<br />
(二)本校各單位辦理之學術倫理相關課程。<br />
(三)各研究倫理聯盟辦理之學術倫理教育課程。<br />
(四)教育部及科技部等政府機構辦理之學術倫理教育課程。<br />
