第一條 為有效利用空間，落實環安衛管理，提高整體資源使用效率，提供執行政府研究計畫研究卓越教師之需要，<br />

第二條 本辦法所稱之彈性空間係指因本校單位調整合併、搬遷或教職員工離職、調職或閒置(未分配使用)空間或<br />

處申請借用。空間借用申請書經所屬系科所中心主任及各學院院長審查通過，報請校長核准後與本校簽訂<br />
空間借用契約書（如附件二）方能使用，借用以一年為原則，借用期屆滿若仍須使用，得於期滿前重新提<br />
出申請，惟每次借用最長以三年為限。借用期間若因使用目的及需求變更而需調整使用內容及方式，需重<br />
新提出申請，經核定後重訂借用契約書，方得變更使用。<br />
第四條 借用人對使用之空間應善盡管理、維護之責，除天災地變等不可抗拒情形外，因借用人之過失致建築物或<br />
設備毀損，應負損害賠償之責。<br />
空間使用以不修改現有狀況為原則，不得要求增建、改建，如有變更或改裝內部設施（如電源、開關、空<br />
調、隔間、裝修等），應簽會總務處並經校長核准後方得變更及施作。<br />
第五條 借用單位應負責監督借用人於借用期滿一個月內交還借用空間，在交還空間前，應將從事研究實驗所遺留<br />
之化學藥品、放射性物質、可發生游離輻射等儀器設備及研究實驗所衍生之廢棄物妥善處理、辦理移轉。<br />
未於規定期限內交還空間者，由本校總務處依法積極執行收回。如有未妥善處理或移轉相關化學藥品、儀<br />
器設備與廢棄物者，由所屬單位逕行負責後續處理，所需處理費用由該借用人負擔。<br />
第六條 本辦法施行前已借用之空間，應自本辦法施行之日起二個月內依第三條規定申請借用或交還。未依法申請<br />
者，其收回程序依第五條規定辦理。<br />
第七條 本辦法未盡事宜，依本校相關規定辦理。<br />
第八條 本辦法經行政會議通過，陳請校長核定後，自公布日起實施，修正時亦同。<br />
