第一條 為整合本校基因體醫學相關學術研究人力與資源，組織研究團隊，培訓研究人力，<br />
推動產學合作，以提升對外競爭實力，依據學術研究中心設置辦法規定，設置本中<br />
心。<br />
第二條 本中心隸屬研發處，依任務性質分兩組如下：<br />
一、學術研究推動組：<br />
(一)推動中心之整合型研究計畫。<br />
(二)舉辦學術研討會與專家講座。<br />
(三)參與國內外生物科技相關研討會。<br />
(四)建立組織銀行。<br />
(五)培訓相關研究人才。<br />
二、成果應用發展組：<br />
(一)執行推動產學合作計畫。<br />
(二)推廣中心研發成果之技術移轉及專利申請<br />
(三)建立與業界、學界之合作管道。<br />
(四)不定期舉辦或參加研發成果展。<br />
第三條 本中心置主任一人，綜合中心業務，由研發長就副教授以上專任教師遴選，呈請校<br />
長核准後聘兼之。各組置組長一人負責各組業務，由主任就助理教授以上之專任教師<br />
或學有專才之本校及附屬機構內人士遴選，經研發長同意，呈請校長核准後聘兼之。<br />
另置研究人員、技術人員、組員、辦事員等若干名。<br />
第四條 本辦法經校務會議通過，呈請校長核定後，自公布日起實施，修正時亦同。</pre></div>
